- Will we still have some control over our wedding if we engage you as our Wedding Planner?
Of course. You can have as much or as little input as you wish. Our job is to make your vision come to life. At every step, your personal Wedding Planner will guide you, helping you make decisions about all aspects and Vendors. - What makes you the best choice for a Wedding Planner?
- We are based in Bali, so we are on the ground. Every member of our Planning Team has a minimum of 5 years experience in planning weddings in Bali.
- All of our Team are fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia….so they will have no problem communicating with both you and your Vendors.
- We are responsive with our communications, ensuring you are not kept waiting for answers.
- Our pricing is very competitive. Our Wedding Planning Fee is based on a sliding scale of how many guests that you will be having.
- We will tailor a bespoke wedding package for you.
- We take the stress out of planning…..from our first day together right up until your big day.
- How can we get to know you better?
We are happy to have a video call at any stage so we can get to meet each other “in person”.
- How can we be assured that we will get the personalised service that you promote?
Whilst our Wedding Planners will be planning more than one wedding at any given time, we space out our weddings to ensure that you are our primary focus in the weeks leading up to your wedding and, of course, on your big day.
- Why don’t you offer set Packages?
Set Packages mean it’s a “one size fits all” approach. You are individuals, with specific requirements. By having bespoke Packages, we can ensure we only include features that you want and don’t limit you in choice of Vendors.
- Do we have to pay everything up front?
No. To secure our services, we will request a deposit of 50% of our Planning Fee. To secure your venue, we will generally request a 50% deposit (sometimes less) of the Venue Hire. Once you choose each Vendor, they will request a 50% deposit to lock in their services. Generally, the remaining balance is due between 30 & 60 days prior to your wedding date.
- What form of payment do you accept?
All payments are made to Bali Island Weddings, to save you dealing with each Vendor individually. We accept payment by Wise, which is a secure and quick method of transferring funds, generally with a better exchange rate than by using a bank.
- What if something goes wrong with one of our chosen Vendors?
We engage each Vendor on your behalf. If there are any issues, it is our responsibility to ensure everything runs smoothly. Sit back and relax. As we say in Bali….”Santai”.
- Can you assist our guests with choosing accommodation and with their arrival?
We have the option of a Concierge Service, which is specifically designed to take the pressure off you. We can answer your guests’ enquiries, ensuring they enjoy every moment of your destination wedding.
- What if we are unsure of numbers?
Whilst accurate numbers are useful in preparing a Quotation for you, in the early stages, an estimate is fine. Final numbers are not due until 60 days out from your Wedding.
- It all sounds great! How do we get the ball rolling?
Simply fill out our online form, giving us as much detail as possible about your and your vision. From there, we can work with you to put together a Quotation.
